Darshan Academy, Meerut, proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of its students in the Meerut District Chess Selection Tournament, held on 25–26 April 2026, organised by the District Chess Sports Association, Meerut, at Shanti Niketan Vidya Peeth.
Bringing laurels to the school, Nishtha Tyagi (IX-A) secured 1st position in U-19 Girls, Atharva Tyagi (VIII-C) secured 1st position in U-13 Open, and Atharva Agarwal (VII-B) secured 3rd position in U-13 Open, earning selection for the UP State Chess Tournament. Anurag Thapa (V-B) and Nikhil Vasistha (X-A) also performed commendably, while Natik Verma (IX-C) represented the school with confidence and determination. Their success has made the entire school proud.
