“Meditation is a way to nourish and blossom the divinity within you.”
For the celebration of Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj’s birthday week, Darshan Academy, Devlali implemented 100 minutes of meditation. Each day started and ended with 10 minutes of meditation. Meditation is the habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts and contributes to physical relaxation, improvement of balance, inner peace and overall health and well-being. The meditation session helped the students stay calm throughout the day and end it on a positive note. They were happy to be a part of these mass meditation sessions.
