Darshan Education Foundation conducted an online National Spiritual Curriculum Workshop on January 10, 2025, for all the DA teachers and heads. The workshop commenced with an uplifting New Year video message by Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj titled “Spiritually Rise in 2025”. This was followed by a session of meditation. The National Spiritual Curriculum Coordinator, Ms. Poonam Ghai, shared thoughts on meditation and an inspiring story. The key takeaway of the story was to approach any assigned task with honesty, strive for self-improvement, and avoid blaming others or complaining about circumstances. Following this enriching narrative, Ms. Suzanne presented various teaching aids to enhance the effectiveness of spiritual curriculum teaching in the classroom. She highlighted tools such as interactive charts and educational games. This was followed by a video with innovative teaching strategies designed to improve student learning. These strategies included opening reflection questions, class-wise peer tutoring, teaching vocabulary, and providing specific feedback. After these informative sessions, participants were invited to provide feedback. The fruitful session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. David, leaving participants motivated and inspired.
